By placing an order through GameDay PatchWorks, you agree to the following terms:

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or custom order volume surges. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another when your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States using various shipping vendors, including USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on cost and delivery speed.

• Flat-rate shipping of $TBD per order (or free shipping on orders over $40).
• Tracking information will be sent via email after your order ships.
• Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays or misrouted packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer. Reshipping fees may apply.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate transactions at our sole discretion. This includes (but is not limited to) suspected fraud, violations of these Terms & Conditions, submission of unauthorized artwork, or behavior that may compromise the integrity of our business.
If an order is canceled after payment has been made, you will be issued a full refund.

If you request a custom patch, please double-check all spelling, colors, and design details before submitting your order. Custom orders are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

By submitting a logo or artwork, you confirm that you either own the rights to the image or have obtained proper permission from the rights holder to use it. GameDay PatchWorks assumes no responsibility for verifying ownership and will not be held liable for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from artwork submitted by customers.

 GameDay PatchWorks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any sports team, league, school, or organization unless explicitly stated. Logos and names used in our custom or homage patches remain the property of their respective owners.

All logos and marks used on patches are either:

• Provided by the customer directly, or 
• Publicly available representations recreated as tribute or fan art.

By requesting or purchasing a patch that includes a third-party logo, the customer acknowledges that they have the right or permission to use that design. GameDay PatchWorks does not claim ownership of any third-party trademarks and assumes no responsibility for verifying usage rights.

 While we do not claim ownership of logos featured in custom or tribute patches, the unique patch layout, badge style, border formatting, and attachment method (e.g., Velcro or iron-on) are original to GameDay PatchWorks.

These product configurations, including any custom artwork, color matching, stitching format, or patch structure created by GameDay PatchWorks, are our intellectual property and may not be copied, replicated, or resold without written permission.

Our patches are designed for decorative and personal use only. GameDay PatchWorks is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use or misuse of our products.

We strive to provide accurate, up-to-date product descriptions, pricing, and policies. However, we do not guarantee that all content on our website is error-free, current, or complete. In the event of an error in pricing or availability, we reserve the right to correct the information and cancel or modify your order accordingly. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or its functionality. GameDay PatchWorks is not responsible for website downtime, delays in processing, or loss of service due to technical issues or maintenance.

By using our website or submitting content (such as custom artwork), you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Submit hateful, offensive, or harassing content
• Upload fraudulent, copyrighted, or misleading materials
• Spam, hack, or disrupt our website’s operations
   

We reserve the right to reject submissions or restrict access to any user who violates these terms.
