🛠️ Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to custom order volume.

You will receive:

• An email confirmation after placing your order
• A shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships

GameDay PatchWorks reserves the right to delay processing if additional clarification, artwork approval, or payment verification is required.

🚚 Shipping

We currently ship within the United States using carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, selected based on cost and delivery efficiency.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout (free shipping may apply to qualifying orders)
• Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships
• Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout

GameDay PatchWorks is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or misrouted shipments resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer. Reshipping fees may apply in these cases.

❌ Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate transactions at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Suspected fraud or chargeback abuse
• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Submission of unauthorized or infringing artwork
• Conduct that compromises the integrity of our business or brand

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

🎨 Custom Orders

All custom patch orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Before submitting a custom order, please carefully review all spelling, colors, sizing, and design details. By submitting artwork, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the design, or
• You have obtained proper permission from the rights holder

GameDay PatchWorks does not verify ownership or licensing of submitted artwork and is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided designs.

GameDay PatchWorks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any sports team, league, school, organization, or brand unless explicitly stated.

All third-party logos, names, and marks appearing on custom or tribute patches:

• Are provided directly by the customer, or
• Are recreated as fan art or homage designs at the customer’s request

All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. By requesting or purchasing a patch that includes a third-party logo, the customer acknowledges that they have the legal right or permission to use that design.

🧵 Intellectual Property & Brand Protection

While GameDay PatchWorks does not claim ownership of third-party logos used in custom or tribute patches, the following are proprietary and protected intellectual property of GameDay PatchWorks and/or SwapWorks Inc.:

• The SwapWorks™ system
• The Swappable™ Patch System
• Original patch layouts, configurations, and attachment methods
• Product naming, branding, and system descriptions
• Custom patch compositions created by GameDay PatchWorks

These elements may not be copied, reproduced, reverse-engineered, resold, or used commercially without prior written permission.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

GameDay PatchWorks products are intended for decorative and personal use only. We are not responsible for damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising from the use or misuse of our products, including but not limited to improper application or handling.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

⚙️ Website Accuracy & Availability

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, images, and policies on our website are accurate and up to date. However, errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to:

• Correct inaccuracies
